COLSTON FOUND GUILTY

HAMILTON, February 27

The trial of Charles Colston for the alleged murder of Mrs. Anderson, at National Park on January 6, concluded to-day. The greater part of the day was occupied in the addresses of counsel, and his Honor’s summing up. The jury retired at 4.30 p.m., and after three hours found Colston guilty. Colscon, when asked if he had anything to say, answered “No” in a firm voice.

Mr. Justice Smith pronounced the death sentence.
