HOMELAND INCREASE PROPOSED. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN—COPYRIGHT.] (Recd. March 31, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 29. , Ah increase of the Prime Minister’s salary from 5,000 to £B,OOO yearly, and a salary of £4OOO yearly for the Leader of the Opposition, are among the recommendations of the committee which has examined the payment of Cabinet Ministers, according to the “Weekly Despatch.” Other increases, yarying from £lOOO td £3,500 are suggested.
