The Soviet is organising an additional reply to the Pope, in the form of an appeal to trans unions to subscribe to a fund to develop chemical warfare from aircraft. General Budden, lecturing to the Communist Academy, Moscow, emphasising that cavalry were not obsolete for an international proletarian revolution, said that on the contrary the Soviet intend to use the Red Cavalry on a large scale, not only for international wars, but for civil wars abroad.
