GREYMOUTH VISIT CANCELLED The proposed visit to Greymouth of ‘H.M.S. Veronica, due to arrive this afternoon and to remain until Thursday has been abandoned. This morning the commander of the sloop forwarded telegrams from Westport to Mr.' P. J. McLean, chairman, of the Harbour Board, and the Mayor, Mr. J. W. Greenslade,- stating that owing to the state of the bar he had been .obliged to cancel the visit to Greymouth. .
