SERVICE CO. TO PAY £1324. (Per Press Association.) NAPIER, December 6. Justice Ostler to-day delivered reserved judgment in the case in which John William McCoy, mining engineer of Auckland, claimed damages from Aard Motor Services Ltd., for injuries received in a collision between a service car in which plaintiff was a passenger, and a private car near Dannevirke. His Honor held that the cause of the accident was the service driver’s negligence, and awarded £1324 damages against the defendants.
