TWENTY DEATHS REPORTED.(Bv Cable—Press .Assn.— Copyright.) (Received December 2, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 30. The whole of the United States suffered a severe cold wave with the temperature near zero, even in Southern States. A total o,f twenty deaths was recorded during the day.
