Japan is astounded at the receipt of news by radio that Saburi, the Japanese Minister to China, committed suicide with a revolver at Moyanoshita, on the anniversary of the death of his wife. \ . Saburi two months , ago was appointed Minister to China, where he became unpopular on account of a speech which the Chinese considered derogatory. He was visiting Japan to report on Chinese affairs.
