RHINELAND EVACUATION
NEW FRENCH POLICY. (By Cable—Press Assn. —Copyright.) BERLIN, November 7. “Vorwaerts” reports the cancellation of the evacuation orders of the French regiment stationed at Kreuznacli, in the third zone. The paper is of opinion that the War Minister, General Maginot, is responsible, and states that it was always his view that the third zone should not be evacuated till the Young plan was operating. '
