PARIS, October 24. President Doumergue has' summoned M. Daladier, the Radical Socialist Leader, and will ask him to-morrow to form a Cabinet.
The general feeling of the Congress of the Socialist Party, held at Rheims to-day, was that M. Daladier ought to make an effort to form a Government from the parties of the Left, of whom the Socialist Party is the backbone. PARIS, October 25. M. Daladior is forming a Cabinet.
