RUGBY FOOTBALL
INTER-ISLAND MATCH.
(Per Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, September 28
The weather is not very propitious for the North v. South Island match.
After two days’ southerly, with frequent showers, the ground will be soft, and though the rain appears to have stopped, it is still very cold, and a stiff breeze is blowing, which will affect play and attendance.
