NEW PLYMOUTH, August 23
Littered with implements popularly associated with safe-breaking and burglary, and with the smashed portions of a safe, the Supreme Court today presented an unusual appearance, when the mystery regarding the theft of the safe was solved. Jas. Mullally and Leonard Michael White were found guilty of breaking and entering the bacon factory of T. Walker and Son, Hawera, stealing the safe, valued at £3O, and £7 in cash. They were remanded for sentence.
Samuel Patrick White and Leonard Michael White were found guilty of receiving goods stolen from premises in Eltham, and were remanded for sentence.
