BUTTER AWARDS

DAIRY SHOW PRIZES. (Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., June 13. The butter results of the National Dairy Show, which opens to-morrow, were made available this morning. The entries were the largest in the history of the Association, and the Judges say that the quality of the exhibits are well ahead, of those in previous years. The butters have all undergone a hard test, being subject to lengthy storage for a period of three months. It is pleasing to find that with one or two exceptions, the quality stood the test well, and opened up as fresh as the day they went into cool storage. The flavour, body, salting, etc., and the general get-up of the exhibits leaves little to be desired.
