AT OTHER CENTRES. 4 Wanganui: light easterly wind, blue sky, tides poor, sea smooth; Wellington: S.S.E. breeze, overcast, passing showers, rain 2pts;- Arthur’s Pass: light S.W. wind, overcast, rain 27pts; Christchurch: S.W. light wind, overcast, raining; Dunediii: S.W. fresh breeze, overcast, passing showers, tides moderate. WEATHER FORECAST. “ lhe indications arc-for southerly winds, strpng to gale. The weather will probably be cold and changeable. Rain is probable with snow on high country. 'ine barometer has a rising tendency. Sea rough and tides moderate.”
