LONDON, Alarch 3. , In the House of Commons, Air. P. Davidson, replying to a question, said it was impossible to give preference to home-produced fresh meats in the Navy contracts for Horae stations. Practically all the meat was obtained from the Dominions at half the price of home-killed meat, and the heavy extra cost made a policy of preference for home-killed meat impossible to adopt.
