Several new types of machines, cf widely varying horsepower, demonstrated their uses as fast scouts. Troop carriers, large bombers, aerial ambulances, performed innumerable manoeuvres, including looping, the spiral, and nose diving to within a few feet of the ground. The use of wireless between machines in the air was demonstrated in aerial drill by four squadrons of thirty-six machines.
