After a respite for three months, the 'evictions at Clydebank, wore resumed .this morning, the shcrir's' officers (Carrying out four evictions expeditiously without any demonstration. A 'large force of police had nothing to do. In view of the increases in rent by the 'factors concerned having been «?•.- judged legal, the factors declare that ■the evictions . truce has pot been broken. The premises of the Glasgow Communal Party, .were' raided and much damaged by a party,/who besmeared letters, and publications ‘wjth red ink. They destroyed a huge Communist banner -by soaking it in black ink. ...
