PORTUGUESE REVOLT
COMMUNISTS AGAIN DEFEATED SOLDIERS & SAILORS INVOLVED, (Reuter.) , LISBON, Sept. 12. Another abortive attempt at revolution was made by parties of Communists, including soldiers, who attacked the Ministry of )Var, the telegraph station, and the Customs'. House. The. revolt failed, the miscreants being arrested. The Government hqs the situation thoroughly in hand. The revolutionaries, who occupied the Customs House, fled in perfect order. Those arrested include officers, sergeants, and sailors.
