ALLEGED BRIBERY
U.S. GOVERNOR ARRESTED.

NEW YORK, March 22. Governor Robinson, of Oklohamß, has been arrested on a charge of accepting a bribe of 25,000 dollars to permit the operation of the banking in stitution while it was alleged to be insolvent. Prominent bankers and other Stattf officials indicated that the result was the failure of seventf State banks.
