In most letters to the editor attention is drawn to the high cost of one or other of the necessaries of life. People/who have always lived simply . are, feeling the pinch, but those whose | way of life has been more extravagant I are" finding it quite impossible to keep s to their former habits. I For one and all there is a way of I cutting down expose.' Without sacrific- | ing anything at all in food value, the | substitution of Gerstena for meat at breakfast will at once effect a decided saving.
