That the Animals Protection Act be amended in enable the GoVemojivmiCouncil to make Regulations providing for: (a) An open season for trapping or killing opossums in any particular, district or districts ; such season to exceed three months., (b) The issue of a license, at a fee to be -determined, entitling the holder to take opossums. - (c) .The manner in which opossums may be trapped or taken. .(d) An adequate penalty for any breach of such Regulations.
