LIEUTENANT R, WILSON AND PRIVATE T. McINTOSH.
A welcome home to Lieutenant R. Wilson and a send-off to Private. T. Mcintosh, two prominent members of the Sta. Football Club, will be tendered in the Railway Social Hall this evening. To-morrow (Saturday) we ask every resident in the advertised districts to send in ttieir monthly donation to the above shop. We trust that you are not yot fretting tired of help : ng our boys at the front. If you send to our little shop, wo know you are anxious to do your bit towards our brave soldier boys. Let us have a record day to-morrow, as the proceeds are for comforts for our wounded men returning home by the hospital slip leaving England just * before Christmas. Those looking for dainty presents w'll do well to visit the shop to-morrow, ns there will be some daintv bags, hat bands, etc. Those in charge will bo Mesdames Lynch, Wickes and Miss McLean.
