WHEAT FROM VICTORIA
TERMS OF THE PURCHASE.

WELLINGTON, July 13. Hie terms of the New Zealand Government's, purchase of the million bushels of Yictorian wheat provide for the lifting of this quantity during the next twelve months.
It is anticipated that a million bushels will be shipped in the next sixmonths.
The grain is free of insurance and storage charges.
