OUR BOYS IN KHAKI.
WELCOME HOME. A representative meeting was held at Young's Hall, Totara Flat, on Thursday evening. 18th inst., Mr J. P. Ooolan presiding as chairman, it was decided to hold a concert, social and welcome home to returned soldiers, also to make a presentation aa'o mark of the Grey Vallev s appreciation to Lieutenant Fnckleton,_ for the wonderful achievement which gained him the coveted V.C. Mrs D. Baybutt was appointed honorary secretary, and a strong committee was formed to confer with Ahaura. and Ikamatua. so as to make the occasion a united Grey \ alby gathering. The committee referred to are goino- in heartily, and the vanous committees are securing the services of tho best talent that Greymouth, Reefton, and the Grey Vallev can provide, and the success of the gathering is assured.
