THE ESCAPEES FROM TRENTHAM ALL FIVE RECAPTURED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. All five of the men avlio' escaped from detention at Featherston Camp have been recapturd and dealt Avith by the military authorities. The first two Avhose recapture was reported Avero not at large for long, but the other three stated that they Avent. as far as the Coast in their search for shelter. They met Avith rebuffs at all farm bouses and stations at Avhieh the-.- applied for help, and at last, tired* and exhausted after several nights in the open, made their Avay back to Martinborough by road. Here they Avero apprehended by the camp police. High tribute is paid to the manner in Avhieh they Avere returned to camp by the prompt action of the military police.
