ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET. [By Electric Telegraph—Special to "Star.”) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Matson and Co. report as follows: Fat Cattle.—There was a very small yarding and the quality on the whole was inferior. No heavy cattle were entered. Prices were well above last wek’s and all classs of beef were well up to £3 per 1001 b, best quality steers making over this figure. Store Cattle, —There was a small yarding and all odds and ends. The market was keen for any good sorts and large private deals have been made through trio week for all classes. 2Uyear-olds yesterday sold at £8 5s to £9 l?s 6d, yearlings £5 to £7, dry cows £6 to £9 7s 6d. Fat Siieep.—There was a decided hardening in price. The market was so small and qualities so irregular that it is difficult to quote a range of prices.
