Good, of High Street, Greymouth. have received word that their eldest son, Rifleman Henry Good, is progressing satisfactorily and had been transferred to the military hospital at Weymouth on September 15th. PRIVATE M. J. BLEWMAN. Word has been received that Private M. J. Rlewman, of Kaiata, who is an inmate of the Walton-on-Thames Military Hospital, is progressing favourably alter a severe attack of double pneumonia. PRIVATE C. TURK. Mrs. J. Turk, of Blackball, lias received advice that her son, Private Charles Turk, who left with the Australian Railway Transport three years ago, has been admitted to the Frensliam Military Hospital (France) suffering from gunshot wound and a fractured nose. PRIVATE W. WEARNE. Private W. Wearne. on his leaving on active service, was presented on Sunday evening with a, memento from the congregation of Wesley Church, Reefkm. Rev. Mr Jackson made the presentation, and Messrs F. Knight and James also made feeling reference to Private Wearne's departure. PRIVATE J. WTLLTAMS. Mr W- Williams (Cobden) has received the following telegram from the Rase Records' Office, Wellington-.—" Cable, received to-dav (September 24th) reports that 45302' Private J. Williams was transferred to the New Zealand General Hospital, Brockenhnrst, oiC September 17th. "Jack's"- many friends here will wish him a speedy recovery.
