King, and J. H. Wilson (skip). The Chairman of the Westland Licensing Bench yesterday expressed the Committee's censure on the licensee of the Hari Hari Hotel (E. Kirby) for not having carried out the building requirements of the Committee, ordered at the last annua] meeting. The Chairman stated that action would be taken when dealing wiCrenewals at the next annual meeting. Transfers as follows were granted ; John Starkey to Win. Hunt Currie, Club Hotel, Nelson Creek; John Mcrrisey to Win. McLean, Mahinapna Hotel ; Patrick fc'iane to F. M. Daniel, Union, Hotel, Nffejn Creek.
