On March Ist licenses will be granted oh a basis of 50 per cent, of the 1016 imports', equivalent to 331 per cent, of the 1914 imports';* The importation of printing paper is restricted similarly, while the imports of wrapping papers are fixed at 10 per-cent, of 1014. Ifurther reductions are anticipated.
