STILL ANONYMOUS.

i i i«lrffawH 111 - ll I (To tbe Editor.) Sir.—Being a consistent reader oi your newspaper for some time I have noticed several letters from one who dubs himself "E. F. G." In your last evening's issue a letter appeared concerning one of the letters of "E. F. G" (man or woman?) and signed "G. F. E." For a time I thought my eyes had played me false, as I thought from the similarity of the initials that "E. F. G" was pointing out to your readers his own oversights, but on a closer scruting of the initials "E. F. G." and "G. F. E." I can come to no other conclusion but that "E.F.G." must have witnessed the film at Pollard's on Tuesday evening entitled "The Romance of the Sawdust Ring," and immediately started somersaulting. Yours G. L. (To the Editor.) Sir,—l admit that I merit the rebuke administered by your anonymous correspondent "G.F.E." this evening, although I did sign my full name to "my letter and wished it published, but did not <nve vou explicit enough- instructions to do so. As I do not court publicity, I usually publish my letters to the press over my initials only, but if "F.C.E." or any other of your readers are curious as to my identity they may satisfy it by personal enquiry at the Star office.—Yours, etc., E.F.G.
