Counsel for the .Hindus aboard the Konmgata Mam appeared before the Court of Appeal, and was.granted leave to appeal against the order refusing a writ of Habeas Corpus. in the case.of one 0 f the Hindus applying for admission. The case will be heard on Monday. A Constitutional question will be raised Counsel will argue that the Order.hvCouncil under which the Hindus are excluded are ultra vires. _ ■
