ROYAL ENGAGEMENT
KAISER AGAIN DISPLEASED. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] BERLIN, May 26. Prince Oscar, the Kaiser's fifth sou, has become engaged to Fraulein Bassewitz, formerly the Kaiserin's lady-m----waiting. She was dimissed when the attachment was discovered. The Kaiser is bitterly opposed to the marriage. Prince Oscar on Sunday secured three days leave from the Guards at Potsdam, and went with his finance to Meckletiberg. To-day he telegraphed to the Kaiser announcing the engagement.
