SALE OF LAND
SECTIONS SOLD AT AHAURA
A sale of town and suburban sections was held at Ahaura yesterday by Mr. H. !). M. Haszard (Commissioner of Crown Lands) under the provisions of "The Land Act, 1908." The sections, which were offered for public competition, were sold invariably at the upset prices- The conditions of sale, were one-fifth of purchase money, and the valuation for improvements, at sale, and the balance (with Crown grant fee of £1) within 30 days . The following is tlie list of purchasers.
