Devine, a valuable section at Riinanga with dwelling thereon, rlso a leasehold section Reid Stiect. Blaketown, with dwelling thereon. For further particulars see advt. Elsewhere Messrs Mark Sprot and Co. announce that they will, sell by public auction on the premises, Blackball, o:i Wednesday, 4th February at 3 p.m., leasehold section containing 35 perches, with shop erected thereon (lately occupied by Mr. J. Smith), also at the same time and place leasehold section { acre Roa with large, building thereon. Easy terms can be arranged. A new ointment, manufactured by Cook Bros., Greymouth, is being placed on the market, and is invaluable as, a cure for all sores and irritations of the skin. Messrs Cook Bros, have received some very excellent testimonials to the efficacy of the ointment, and the consensus of opinion by those who have tested its healing properties being that it is "good stuff." Readers are reminded of the up-to-date tea-rooms in Mackay street, in premises opposite the "Star" office, and conducted by "Mis,s Farish," premises to which she has recently removed from Tainui street. The rooms have been renovated and are more spacious and comfortable compared with the old site. Patrons will now lind their tastes well catered for in tiie way of light refreshments, while wedding and supper parties will be specially provided for at short notice. Eot pies with coffee or cocoa can be obtained at a moment's notice. Cordials, etc., are also stocked, and the warm weather, taste and quality recommend these.
