Rain, hail or snow has no terrors for the picture enthusiast, as was' amply proved last night,'when the Opera House was well filled to witness the hew programme. Patrons were not disappointed with' the bill of fare provided, as it was one of the best all-round programmes Mr Pollard has yet given us. The four dramas screened wtere admirably acted and coherently constructed. The comedies were clean, bright and humorous, whilst the travel, scenic, and sport pictures AVere of the highest grade, The same *programme will be repeated to-night. To ? morrow night another all-new bill will be shown, which will include the sensational picture, “A Flight to Death’ and the novel series of artistic studies, Leaves from the Books of Charles .Dickens.”
