DANGEROUS CRIMINAL CAPTURED

TIMARU, This Day. Thomas . Docksey, with several aliases, was remanded for a week on charges of issuing valueless cheques in Timaru, and obtaining diamond rings by false pretences at Auckland, as well as on charges of issuing cheques at Christchurch and Port Chaimers. The latter charges will be taken at those places. A TRADESMAN’S LAPSE. On the prisoner’s own confession, a man who has been in a small way of business in Timaru, has been arrested for issuing a series of valucK.ss cheques on the day he cleared out.
