PEKING, December 4
By the authorities permission, the Tartar City, within the town of Nanking was sacked and burned. The insurgents have fully occupied the rest of Nanking. The Imperialists evacuated Pukow. The Imperialists at Hanyang shelled the revolutionary headquarters at Wuchang causing a great exodus. ■ The revolutionaries aqe now encamped outside the walls furtherest from Hanyong. The Imperialists hold Chefoo.
A movement is on foot to urge that the independence of Mongolia be declared and the Chinese officials dismissed.
SHANGHAI, December 4. Some 200 of the Yorshire regiment have embarked for Hinkau.
