SEAMEN DESIRE ARBITRATION. [BT TELEGRAPH —PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, This Day. The New Zealand Federated seamen have decided not to break away from the Arbitration Act. The Dunedin branch, by a large majority, resolved to cancel its registration, but the Wellington and Auckland branches did not favor this ctfurse. Fears of a big maritime strike are now very remote.
