SYDNEY, March, 23.—Mr. Fisher the Federal Premier regards with great favour the proposed arbitration treaty between Britain and America. He would be prepared to go much further, Elating— “It has not only our moral, but distinctly our positive support. Anything that the Government could do to spread belief in international arbitration it would do.”
