[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. ] BRITISH TRADE. LONDON, March 23.—Before the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Mr Hamilton Wickes, in a paper on British trade, advised the English pommission that if they were desirous of increasing their trade to study the requirements of each particular State, or to specialize in some class of goods, and to send skilled representatives to push their goods in Australia as foreigners are doing.
