Moonlight presided, when a list of a number of newly-enrolled members was handed in. showing how enthusiastically the programme submitted by the .Committee had been approved. Improvements of streets, sanitation and lighting of the outlying portions of the Borough. 7. That an improved water supply be supplied, a gravitation scheme if possible. j 8. That nil supplies to the Borough be tendered for annually, except where goods are indented direct from the manufacturing establishments. The meeting then decided to invite any candidate for municipal honors who was willing to adopt the platform as above to come forward for nomination prior to Saturday, and the meeting adjourned till 3 p.m. on Sunday, when a ballot will be taken to decide on the candidates that the party would select who could depend on the block vote of the party.
