SERIOUS STRIKE RIOTS
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] LISBON, March, 21. ' A» a protest against the shooting of two strikers a general strike has been ordered. . So far the bulk of the workers have refused to join the strike. The newspapers are not being published. A crowd of rioters attacked the trams of the city .The Republican Guard charged the crowd with drawn swords, and finally dispersed them. Many arrests have been made, including all the strike ■ leaders. The public are demonstrating in the streets against the strikers.
