[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] MEXICO CITY. March, 21. The town of Hermisillo is believed to be in danger of a rebel attack and Federal troops have been despatched thither.
Madera, the rebel leader, has announced himself ready to consider peace proposals. He demands first the retirement of President Diaz. The Mexican Miiiister of Finance has arrived in Mexico. He denies that any peace overtures are likely to be made to the rebels. H© has utterd a. warning that the continuane of the insurrection is likely to cause international complications.
