ANDERSON-TANSEY. A very pretty wedding was solemnised It St. Patrick's Church by the Rev. Father Lean, followed by a nuptial Mass, the contracting parties be„g Miss Terese Tansey fourth daugher of Mr P. Tansey, of Kunmra, and Mr A E. Anderson, of Moana. lho bride, who was given away by her father, was attired in ivory khanto a artistically trimmed with aco.and chiffon and pearl tnmnung, ta»hed with a court train. She wore the or thodox wreath and veil, and earned a beautiful shower bouquet The bridesmaid was Miss Louis Tansey, sistci of the bride, who wore cream cordurov velvet, trimmed with satin, lace and fur, also a white fur toque and carried a shower bouquet of yellow chrysanthemums. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr L. Anderson, as best man, and Mr P. Tansey, of Greymouth. brother of the bride, as groomsman. The bridegroom s present to the bride was a gold watch and chain, and to the bridesmaid a gold bamboo bangle. The bride's present to the bridegroom was a gold-mounted watch-guard and gold sleeve links. After the ceremony the wedding party adjourned to the residence of the bride's sister, Mrs Quinn, where a sumptuous breakfast was partaken of. The presents were choice and costly, including a number of cheques. The bride's travelling dress was a Norfolk costume of violet Amazon cloth, relieved with white velvet, and smart, white felt hat to match. The happy couple left by the 4 p.m. train for Reefton en route for Wellington and New Plymouth, where they spend a brief, honeymoon.
