WHITE CROSS LEAGUE.
A meeting will be held in Trinity Hall this evening at seven o'clock to form a branch of the White Cross League of Australasia. All young men over fourteen years of age are invited to be present. The Patrons of the League are their Excellencies the Goverjior-CSeneral of Australia and the Governor of New South Wales, and his Excellency the Governor o fNew Zealand. The objects of the League, as set forth upon the member's card, are five-fold : (1) To treat all girls and women with respect, and endeavour to protect them from wrong and degradation. (2) To endeavour to put down all indecent language and coarse jests. (3) To maintain the law of purity as equally binding upon men and women. (4) To endeavour to spreaa theso principles.
