A GREYMOUTH WEDDING.

GOLLOP—TiyDALE. At Holy Trinity Church this afternoon was' celebrated a pretty and fashionable wedding, in which considerable interest was evinced, especially by the fair sex. The parties were Mary, the youngest daughter of Mr and Sirs Jehu Tindale, well known in this town, and in the Dunganville district, and Mr Charles (lollop, of Waitara. Both parties are well known and highly respected, and when the wedding party arrived at the Church the sacred edifice was crowded. The bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming iai ft handsome d'ress of white silk, much linked, while the bodice was relieved with chiffon. Slie wore a beautiful orthodox wreath and veil, the gift of her sister, Miss Lucy Tilldale. The bride also earned a very prettv shower bouquet, the gift of the bridegroom. She was attended by three bridesmaids. Miss L. G. Tindale, as chief, was attired in a lovely cream lustre costume, relieved with frills, and white ribbon, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She wore a black chiffon picture hat. Two little dots—Miss Annie Brown of Maori Creek, and Miss Grace Tindale (niece j of'the bride)—also acted as bridesmaids. Thoy wove pink voille dresses with white 'silk sashes and bonnets. Mr H A. Smith, of Blenheim, acted as best man. The ceremony was conducted by the Veil. Archdeacon lork. The party left the church to the sweet strains of the Wedding March. played by Mrs York, A. Mil.. 1, CM., and showers of rice. Other dresses worn at the ceremony were—

\ftcr the ceremony the wedding party adjourned to Trinitv Hall, where a sumptuous wedding breakfast was arranged by the bride's parents. The usual toasts were musically honored and responded to. Subsequently the newly married couple left per Otira train, en route to their future home- Mrs Gollop's travelling dress was a navy blue cloth costume, with white silk" front and black chiffon hat Mr and Mrs Gollop carry with thein the best wishes of a largo circle of friends for their future happinness and prosperity. ___
