Tho latest on dit about Xing Dick is that he may take the Agent-Generalship from next session, leaving tin; Hon. W. P. Reeves free to return to New Zealand and re-enter politics,
The unsatisfactory condition of the Premier's-health is said to bo the reason Why Sir Joseph Ward has abandoned the idea of visiting the St Loir's Exhibition,
The Premier's trouble is a reenideseeuec of the old complaint which sent him to tho islands in 1900. It is not really a complaint so much as warning to go easy, or something may happen.
