STATE SCHOOL TEACHERS.
(To the Editor.)
Sir.—After reading "Parents" letter in your Saturday's issue, I had to acknowledge that Blackball has cause to rejoice and be glad in having such a champion of Education. Unfortunately there are here as in other places evil minded people who insinuate that "Parents" lettor was'nt for an educational purpose. As I'm intimately acquainted with the writer, I can't agree with' them. However, your foot note will convince them that "Parent" is as guiless of envy, hatrod, malice and all uocharitabloness as human nature could expect. Your's etc., — Humanity.
