LORD SEMI’ILL (Aust. and N.Z. Cable) Rugby. Feb. 28. Lord Seniphill. who ha 1 been ill with pneumonia for several weeks, riled today, ageq 70. He served in the South African War mi l the Great War. At the Rattle of Loos he was severely wounetl. Ilis soil, the Master of Sempill. the well-known airman, succeeds to the title.
