SM. COURT
At yesterday afternoon’s sitting of the Court under Mr R. M. Watson, S.M., Hugh Stewart, farmer, of Sanson, was fined 20s and costs for failing to keep to tile left of the centre of the road when d-rivinghis car from South street into Kimboltou road. The action arose out of a collision when defendant’s ca.r ran into a bicycle ridden by Frederick Hillman, of Awahuri road. The twe charges against- Neil Bailey were dismissed after a lengthy hearing.
