A WEATHER JEREMIAH TWO YEARS OF WINTER PREDICTED BY SCIENTIST Washington, Ajiril 7 The prediction that the sun will be colder for the next two years_ with the possibility that the earth will be affected in a way as yet unwnowu, was issued to-day by Dr Charles Abbot. Secretary to the Smithsonian Institute. Dr Abbot already lias had some success in predicting the sun’s weather.
